Technical Support Specialist

Primary Duties:

  • Provide Technical Support for customized insurance software. 
  • Research, analyze and execute required corrective or maintenance activities to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Responsibilities will include at minimum - Receiving and logging support issues into our Help Desk software.  Troubleshoot software “bugs”, perform maintenance on database objects and maintain client data integrity.  Generate, create, and deploy scripts to Client database. Support software Installation and Implementation. Test new software processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience with SQL 7.0 or higher with a familiarity of SQL statements, queries and stored procedures.

  • Other Relational Database experience or comparable computer based experience/knowledge will be considered.

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal are a must.

  • Qualified candidates will possess the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and maintain professionalism while working with a variety of personalities.

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. . . ).

Any of the following a plus: Accounting background, Experience relating to the Insurance Industry, Transact SQL, Technical Support Experience, Delphi, Crystal Reports, Technical Writing , ASP, HTML

Programmer

  • Full Time Position
  • Primary Duties: Programming, report designing.
  • Requirements: Knowledge of any of the following a plus: SQL, RDBMS, ASP, HTML, Pascal, Delphi, any other visual programming language.
  • Salary based on experience.
